Shipping and Delivery
We offer free DHL expedited shipping with any €50 purchase. For any orders below €50 before tax, shipping charges are based on the destination country. (NOTICE: For some countries in Extra-EU, delivery may only be available from local retail stores, not from the official brand site, due to additional handling cost. For more information, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.) When you make a purchase, the shipping charge is estimated in your basket, and will be presented to you during the checkout process. The shipping date is based on the stock status of the product ordered and the destination. Product title passes to you when the product is shipped. You have fourteen (14) days to notify Dear Dahlia using the contact information below of any missing, wrong, or damaged portion of your purchase in accordance with the provisions set forth in this section or Dear Dahlia cannot be held responsible for these issues.
We strive to keep all products sold on the site in stock, but high demand occasionally results in delayed shipment. Stock status is indicated on the product page and in your basket during checkout. Please note that the number of days quoted for shipping refers to transit time only. Additional time (typically one business day) is required for processing in-stock orders.
Delivery Notice for the UK customers
We have decided to cease shipping to the UK due to delivery costs issues. We apologize for the inconvenience to our customers in the UK. Points earned from order value and the Dahlia Darling Rewards program will remain untouched until further notice for the redemption plan. You may track your order using your order number by clicking on the link provided on your shipping confirmation email or under My Accounts. Order information may not appear in the tracking system until shipment. Please wait 24 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation email to track your shipment.
Exchanges and Returns
We only accept exchange for damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped item. If you happen to receive any damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped item, please contact us (firstname.lastname@example.org) within 14 days of receiving the product. Our customer service team will help you as soon as possible. The exchange will only be available for the same shade of the product.
1. If the product you received is not what you had in mind, you can return your order for refund within 14 days of receiving the product. Please note the followings before you contact us:
- In order to make a return, it is necessary that the product must be intact, unused or unopened.
- We only accept returns the from EU region. If your shipping address is in the Extra-EU region, please note that your order is unfortunately not eligible for return.
- One way postage cost for return will be charged to you, and it will be deducted from the refund value.
- You must return all items including 'free gift' for a full refund requested, otherwise the product amount of the 'free gift' will be deducted from your refund value.
- Sale item is not eligible for return.
- It will cause you an additional one way delivery charge in case you request the returned product(s) back.
2. To start a return process, please mail to DEAR DAHLIA customer service team (email@example.com) with the following information:
- Order number
- A name of the item and quantity you wish to return
- Reason for the return
- DHL pickup available Date (weekdays only)
Once we receive the returned order, we will check the condition of the product before we proceed for refund. Please note that If the product condition does not meet the requirements for return, the refund can be denied. The amount spent will be re-credited with the same method used for your purchase, according to the timing provided by the credit institution.
