Free shipping & Delivery cost
We offer free DHL expedited shipping with any €50 purchase. For any orders below €50 including tax, shipping charges are based on the destination country. (NOTICE: For some countries in Extra-EU, delivery may only be available from local retail stores, not from the official brand site, due to additional handling cost. For more information, please contact us at email@example.com.) When you make a purchase, the shipping charge will be presented to you during the checkout process.
Orders placed Monday-Friday before 12pm CET will be shipped on the next business day. Orders placed Monday-Friday after 12pm CET will be shipped after two business days. We strive to keep all products sold on the site in stock, but high demand occasionally results in delayed shipment. On average orders take approximately 2-6 business days (depending on the area of the country and peak times) to be delivered. Shipments heading to Extra-Eu regions may experience additional delay due to customs clearance.
You may track your order using your order number by clicking on the link provided on your shipping confirmation email or under [My Account]. Order information may not appear in the tracking system until shipment. Please wait 24 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation email to track your shipment. Please make sure your address is correct before placing an order, as we will not be responsible for incorrect addresses.
If in the case that you do not receive your shipment, please contact your local DHL to file a claim immediately.
Customs clearance charge
Since the products of DEAR DAHLIA Europe are being shipped from EU countries, depending on your shipping destination, you may have to pay customs duties and taxes that your local customs authority deems appropriate.
Please understand that DEAR DAHLIA doesn't cover any customs duties and taxes claims. In addition, DEAR DAHLIA is not responsible for all orders that are returned for reasons of unwilling to pay duties/taxes or refused/unclaimed by recipient. So, any charges incurred during the return process will be deducted from the refund value.
Exchanges & Returns
We only exchage items that are damaged, defective, incorrectly shipped. If you get damaged, defective, incorrectly shipped items, please contact us (firstname.lastname@example.org) within 14 days of recieiving the product. Our customer service team will help you as soon as possible.
1. If you are not satisfied with your purchase or changed your mind, you can return your order within 14 days. Please note the followings before you contact us:
- In order to make the return it is necessary that the product must be intact, unused or unopened.
- Please note that we only accept return within EU region, if your region is Extra-EU unfortunately, your order is not eligible for return.
- The postage cost for your return will be charged and it will be deducted from the refund amount.
- If you received 'free gift' with your order, you must return all items including 'free gifts' for a full refund.
- Sale item is not eligible for return.
- It will cause you an additional one way delivery charge in case you request the returned product(s) back.

- A name of the item and quantity you wish to return
- Reason for the return
- DHL Pickup Available Date
After we receive and check the returned item the refund will be processed. The amount spent will be re-credited with the same method used for your purchase, according to the timing provided by the credit institution.
