Here is the way of earning your points! You will earn points every time you make a purchase (as long as you are logged in to your Dahlia Darling account).

You can also earn points with below activities.
- Sign up: 100 points
- Place an order: 2 points for every €1 spent
- Review a product: 100 points
- Celebrate a birthday: 200 points
- Share on Facebook: 50 points
- Follow on Instagram: 50 points

* Shipping charges and taxes are not included.
* If you cancel the order, the point earned by the order will be canceled accordingly.
* If a purchase is refunded for any reason, the associated reward points will be deducted from your point balance.

You need at least 200 points in order to redeem points against an order.

* When you select 'REDEEM' your points will be exchanged for a coupon code that can be entered at checkout to get your rewards or discounts. You can only use one code per order, so please only REDEEM your points in exchange for your code when you intend to make a purchase.

If you have enough points to redeem, you can redeem them with discount/ free product/ free shipping coupon. You must be logged into your Dahlia Darling membership account for this to be available.

[How to redeem your points]
1. Go to 'My account'>'Rewards Program'>'Ways to Redeem'.
2. Pick a coupon you want and click the 'Redeem' button.
3. Copy issued coupon code for using it at checkout.
4. Click 'Add product to cart'. Visit the product page to choose an option if available.

* If you don't complete your order at this stage, for any reason, you will be able to view your Reward or Discount Code when logged in to your Dahlia Darling membership account, and you can use it on your next order. Just enter the code in the 'Gift card or discount code' box at checkout.

Sign in and check 'My account'>'Rewards Program'>'Your activity'

You can check your activity history and accumulted point.

Yes, the point expires in 1 years from the day earned and the issued coupon expires in 6 months.

Order history cannot be transferred between accounts due to system limitations. Duplicate accumulation of points for your activities is not allowed as well. So, when two or more accounts are combined, only points generated from purchases can be transferred. For more information, please contact the customer service at inquiry@deardahlia.eu.

The code for discount/ free product/ free shipping coupon can be used only once. Once the discount code is used, it cannot be used again, even though you cancel the order. To get a new discount code after cancellation, please contact us at inquiry@deardahlia.eu.
